As part of a group-wide IT transformation initiative at Telekom Austria Group, Bright Consulting has been engaged to extend TAG BMC Remedy OnDemand solution for other companies in the Telekom Austria Group. This follows a successful pilot delivered for Si.mobil with tangible business results including improved customer service, process integration and standardization across all technical areas.
Bright is engaged as the Solution Implementation Partner and drives the overall Remedy OnDemand solution implementation.
