Bright hosted its annual ITSM event on September 30th at Novotel Hotel Sofia. This year the ITSM community gathering was in a new interactive format. A selected group of managers from the largest IT orgnaizations in Bulgaria played the Apollo 13 ITSM Simulation. This format proved empowering for everyone involved- ITSM practitioners gained key insights into how to improve the adoption of Service Management best practices in their own organizations and exchanged ideas with their peers.
